DR. B. R. AMBEDKAR SPORTS FOUNDATION

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sports Foundation (Registered Under the Trust Act of Govt. of India) is a non-profit & non-government organization committed to promoting sports for all, education, research, youth & social activities at the national and international levels in view to spread the Olympic Movement & Olympism to realize the dream of Barron Pierre de Coubertin. 


Mission:

  • To promote and encourage the physical, spiritual, social, moral, and cultural education of the youth of the nation for the development of character, good health, and good citizenship.
  • To promote Olympism through the inclusion of Olympic and non-Olympic sports & games.
  • To build social harmony and a friendly society through various youth activities & events.
  • To plan, organize, and manage the Ambedkar National Games every two years to create a message of One Nation Brotherhood.
  • To plan, organize, and manage the Ambedkar International Games every four years to create a message to the worldwide brotherhood.
  • To do advocacy against social evils such as dowry, girl child killing, rape, discrimination, and other immorality.
  • To establish, run, and manage Jai Bheem Club, Sports and Youth Activity Centers all over India.
  • To generate funding for Jai Bheem Clubs Sports, Social, and Youth Activity Centers.
  • To organize the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National & International Awards for Meritorious Athletes/Sportspersons & Other Various Fields.​

NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SPORTS SCIENCE AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The National Council of Sports Sciences and Physical Education is a Not for Profit stable society organization registered as a charitable trust in the year 2017 in Delhi, India.

The organization has a broad mission, aiming to promote olympism, the olympic movement, the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals 2030, and the preservation of intangible cultural heritage through multi-disciplinary educational approaches for a peaceful and inclusive world. We also work in areas of olympic and para-olympic education, olympism for humanity, olympic history, olympic philosophy, sports and human rights, physical education and sports sciences, quality physical education, inclusive physical education, national education policy, national sports policy, traditional sports and games, and the mobilization of sustainable development goals.

The NCSPE carries out its diverse activities through Training, Assessment, Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation. Our non-profit entity comprises academician and practitioner and all others directly or indirectly involved with Physical Education, Health Education, Sports Sciences, or related activities in society. Together, we work towards advancing our mission and making a positive impact in these fields.
