About the Project

The Sport for All Games and Festival is a flagship national initiative of The Association for National Sports Federations (ANSF), conceptualised to promote the philosophy of “Sport for All” across India. The project aims to make sports accessible, inclusive, and participatory for people of all ages, genders, regions, and social backgrounds.

Aligned with global sport-for-all movements and community-based sports development, this initiative brings together modern sports, traditional games, indigenous physical cultures, and grassroots sporting talent on a single national platform.


Vision

To build a healthy, active, and inclusive India by encouraging mass participation in sports and traditional games, ensuring that sport becomes a way of life for every citizen.


Mission

·        To promote Sport for All as a national movement

·        To provide a common platform for traditional, indigenous, Olympic, and non-Olympic sports

·        To encourage grassroots participation and community engagement

·        To preserve and revive India’s rich heritage of traditional sports and games
